How long does my order take to ship?
We are committed to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible. Here's how our shipping process works: Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping via Canada Post Flat Rate Box: Upon processing, your order will be shipped using Canada Post's Flat Rate Box service, which delivers within 2-7 business days throughout Canada. This method offers a reliable and cost-effective way to ship your purchase. Please note, these time frames are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as extreme weather or unexpected postal delays. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, our customer service team is here to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
What is your return policy?
At Sanctuary Natural Farm, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade soaps and skincare products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Here is our policy for returns:
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at SanctuaryNaturalFarm@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your items back to us. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at SanctuaryNaturalFarm@gmail.com Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Sanctuary Natural Farm and are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless they are defective.
